JON LOISA senior staff member, Jon is responsible for all park operations out in the field. Jon has many years of experience with all aspects of excavation. You will see Jon installing water and sewer lines, as well as utilities and road installations. As a New York State certified mobile home installer, Jon is a great asset for our company.
WENDY GURSKY
Wendy has worked in the manufactured housing field for 30 years as a salesperson, rental agent, and manager. She is certified by NYS as a licensed retailer for manufactured housing. She has been a Dutchess County resident for 46 years.
