An active adult (45+) community nestled in the Catskill mountains, Country Estates is the newest Elgen Homes aquisition. A clubhouse was recently opened for the use of residents and there are many activities scheduled on a regular basis; - movie nights, game nights, potluck dinners, and more! Country Estates is a short drive from shopping and other amenities in nearby Catskill, and less than an hour from Albany!

Country Estates Services

Lot fee includes sewer, garbage removal, water, use of community center, and plowing of main roads in winter months.
Landscaping services are available during the summer for an extra fee.
A list of outside vendors who provide winter snow-removal services is available on request.
Monthly newsletter to our residents with information on community activities and tips for your home. Each unit comes with its own locked mailbox.
